From 1991-2000, Tim owned and operated Norton Fixx Productions, a full-service radio/film/video production and project management business. He was responsible for seeing that projects came in on-time, on-budget and as-designed-or-better.

Tim produced:

• National and local television commercials
• Hundreds of corporate communications films and videos
• Wrote, produced and hosted Awards shows for large and small corporations
• Produced a live satellite-broadcast event to more than 30 countries
